During my recent stay at Optima, I found the location to be quite convenient, just a five-minute walk from the old town. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff deserves a mention: Sophie at the front desk and Denys, Maxym, and a lovely woman whose name slips my mind were all attentive and welcoming, which certainly enhances the experience. As for the hotel itself, it has a modern concept, and while the rooms were simple, I found my accommodation to be spacious and equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep, and the flat-screen TV added a touch of entertainment. Breakfast was nice, a plus that made mornings more enjoyable. Having stayed in several Reikartz hotels, I can say that while luxurious touches were minimal, the value proposition here is strong, especially when considering the service and location. Optima balances comfort and convenience for a worthwhile experience.
